In 1997, with established roots serving the property management industry, Pedro Calero started PC Construction to provide property managers with repair (also known as handyman) and maintenance services. The mission was to deliver reliable, skilled, budget friendly and people centered services to commercial and multi-family property managers in the metropolitan DC area. In what seemed like no time, we expanded into renovation services to meet the demands of our clients and were delivering large scale kitchen and bathroom upgrades to aging apartments and turning under utilized areas into amenity rich areas like fitness and business centers.
In 2010, utilizing the years of experience serving the multi-family and commercial arena, we began providing our services to retirement communities, healthcare establishments and private residential and enhanced our name to PC Construction Group to reflect our growing business and enhanced services. Today we still self-perform all our services from carpentry to electric allowing for much better accountability and streamlining the processes.
Over the years and still today, we’ve worked with some pretty great people at some pretty awesome companies and the trust and confidence placed in PC Construction Group are the cornerstone of the company. And while our business has grown over the years our promise remains the same as ever, to provide the highest quality in property improvement services with exceptional customer service.
